The plaintiff – a truck driver for Conquest Energies Company – was involved into a rollover accident on his way through Wyoming. The hospital discharged him the same day, but four days later, he was still experiencing intense pain, and tests showed that he had broken his neck. He now suffers from permanent nerve damage.
