Murdock University Electronic Journal of Law (E Law) is a legal journal published by a mixture of academic staff and students of Murdock University School of Law. Rather then focusing on one area of law, it covers a broad range of topics relevant to the legal profession. E Law contains articles organized into four categories. NetWatch contains news of Internet resources for the legal community contributed by the Law School’s librarians. TheCurrent Developments section contains reports and discussions of recent cases, legislation, books, websites, and other important legal news. TheComment section has commentary, opinions, and reports designed to spur constructive debate. Finally, the Refereed Articles section contains papers that passed a formal process of peer review before publication. Every article is available online for legal professionals nationwide.
