Established in 1988, and an affiliate of the American Bar Association since 1992, NLGLA has rapidly become the national voice for lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender, and intersex persons in the legal profession. NLGLA exists to promote justice in and through the legal profession for the lesbian and gay bisexual, transgender, and intersex community in all its diversity.
